• How do I order your creations? 
  

If you are interested in a particular piece posted on this site, please fill out the inquiry form.  I will reply within 48 hours.  If you do not receive an email after 2 days, please feel free to email me at angelisartbeads@gmail.com. 

My creations are also available in my shop at Cubao Expo called The Beadlady Craft Cafe.  Map to the shop is posted on this page.

Please take note that I seldom repeat designs.

• Do you accept custom orders?
  

Yes, I do. However, I only accept orders for items I am interested to make (usually, dessert jewelry). If the charm you want made isn’t in my vocabulary, I can refer you to other clay artists who would happily make that charm for you.

Also, we only accept custom orders during limited periods of time. This means that normally, we take orders from clients, but when the orders pile up and we can no longer accommodate more, we suspend other orders and close the customizing service.

NOTE:  WE ARE CURRENTLY UNABLE TO PROCESS ADDITIONAL ORDERS DUE TO OUR SCHEDULE.  WE WILL START ACCEPTING ORDERS AGAIN BY AUGUST 2010.

• Do you make souvenirs for weddings, debuts, and other special occasions?

Yes, I do.  My Pretty Little Things line was designed for just that.

We require you to book us at least 2 months in advance (60 days).  Please send us an email through angelisartbeads@gmail.com with your full name and the details of your event.

• What modes of payment do you accept?

I accept PayPal, Globe G-cash, and Western Union.  I require full payment before I start making your orders.

• How will I receive my orders?

You may pick up your orders from the store, or have it sent through courier.  We usually use Air21 or JRS Express.  Shipping expenses will be shouldered by the customer.
